ABOUT

Welcome to langwich splendur, friend!
I am John Salquist, a multi media artist who has developed a love for computer graphics and 3D, and made these my primary tools.

This site started out as a portfolio for my 3D art as I embarked on a very brief career in VFX. Now it remains as an outlet for my digital art and illustrations, and a place to showcase some of the visualizations I do for other artists.

Occasionally I make art in the material world too. It usually has to do with language, mythology, ontology etc, and from the perspective of a recovering existentialist cautiously engaging with mysticism, magick and shamanism.
